- We offer Free Shipping on all orders, ALL OVER THE WORLD!
- We do charge a handling fee (much less than the cost of shipping) extra packaging precautions to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- We will ship your orders the most economical way.
- If your package is delivered and then stolen Ferree's is not responsible. If you live in an area prone to stealing please have your package shipped to a ship station or post office so that you can pick it up.
- If you choose to pick your carrier, or next day shipping on your orders you WILL be charged the shipping cost.
- Because of Federal Laws chemicals must ship via ground transportation.
- Chemicals cannot be shipped overseas.
- International Shipments, we cover the shipping cost only - we DO NOT cover the import duties/taxes charged by other countries, nor do we cover the extra carrier cost if imposed on the International shipment.
- If you refuse to accept your order from the carrier for any reason and it is returned to us you will get a refund minus the return postage when it is received. This apples to all domestic and International shipments.
- If you refuse to accept your order from the carrier for any reason and it is not returned to us, you will not get a refund of your order. This applies to all domestic and International shipments
Ferree's Tools Return Policy
Any return must have an RMA #. Please contact the office to receive this number.
- We appreciate your business and want you to be 100% satisfied. If for any reason you need to return our products you must do so within 30 days in order to get a full refund. Any return after 30 days is subject to a restocking fee determined by the amount of the order, condition of the item and age of the item being returned.
- Returns are not accepted for any item after 180 days from the invoice date.
- Returns are not accepted for any item that was manufactured per your instructions and are not our standard tools.
- If you request a return and it is determined that the tool has been used you will be charged a repair charge and restocking fee.
- Any standard tool manufactured at Ferree’s is warranted to be free from defect for a period of 1 year. We will at our discretion repair or replace your tool. You must return the tool to Ferree’s for this warranty to be valid.
- We will refund shipping cost to return the item if it is within the 30 day timeframe. If it is beyond the 30 days the customer pays return shipping. If the item is damaged during return shipping we will charge you for the repair of the damage. Shop rate is 90.00/hr.

- Phone orders are taken Monday through Friday 8:30am – 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time
- Email orders can be sent anytime and will be processed on the next business day.
- Web store orders are taken 24/7/365 and will be processed on the next business day.
- There is a $25.00 minimum for all orders.
- Changes to orders after they are placed will be subject to a 15.00 handling fee.
- Rush orders are accepted and will ship same day if placed before 11:00am or next day if placed after 11:00am (est). Rush fees are listed below
